Ingredients
- 2oz Crusoe silver rum
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz agave syrup
- 1/4 oz Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles grown Tincture (thyme, lemon verbena,Oregano, Meyer lemon zest and dried Meyer lemon peels)
- 1 dash of house made allspice-cardamom bitters
- Silver rum foam
- 1 Silver Leaf and a lemon twist (for garnish)
Method
Pour all liquids into a cocktail shaker over ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with white rum foam, silver leaf and lemon twist for garnish.
